What are you embroidering?
We provide machine embroidery services on finished products (T-shirts, sweaters, shirts, jackets, caps, hats, towels), details of cut or canvas. We also make chevrons.
On what fabric can I make embroidery? Is there a limit to the thickness and density of the fabric?
The embroidery can be applied to a fabric of almost any density and thickness: knitwear, lacoste, fleece, jeans, gabardin, flax, mahr, velvet, tulip, organza, as well as leather and leather substitutes.
Will embroidery look the same on different types of fabric?
The same image embroidered on different fabrics or articles may vary.
What is the minimum order you are doing?
We execute orders from 1 unit.
How much will my order cost?

We will necessarily inform you of the timing of the order and the date when you need to provide textiles if the embroidery is carried out on the products or on the fabric of the customer.
Can I see the sample before starting work?
So, if you place an order, we can make a sample for free.
What affects the price?
The price of embroidery depends on the image, the number of units in circulation, the product and type of fabric, as well as the type of thread and removable materials.
How to make an order?

We will calculate the cost and timing of the order. The execution of the order begins after the customer agrees with the technical specification and receipt of the textile.
How quickly do I get an answer to the price and timing of the order?
We respond to a request within a few hours of receiving it.
How is the issuing / sending of orders?
In Ukraine, we cooperate with carriers: NovaPoshta, Autolux, Delivery. If you are in Lviv, a self-certification or delivery is possible with a bicycle tour operator.
Can I embroider a complex image?
Yes, embroidery allows the transmission of complex images. Examples of works are in the gallery.
Do you provide promotional textiles for embroidery?
We work directly with Textile Distributors of Stedman, Fruit of the Loom and JHK.
How is the payment?
Payment is made by transferring funds to a current account or cash. 50% of the cost of the order is paid before the start of the work, the remaining 50% – after the execution of the order.
What are the requirements for a layout (image)?
- vector (CDR, AI, EPS) or raster (JPG, TIFF, PSD);
- the colors and image size of the file must match the order;
- Height of letters greater than 5 mm. We do not guarantee quality embroidery letters in height less than 5 mm;
- the thickness of the lines is not less than 0.7 mm;

Can I see the rendering?
So, before starting work, we will send you a rendering of the order for final approval.
What are the benefits of embroidery over other types of imaging?
Embroidered images and logos look more impressive than they are put in other ways. Using the different types of threads and foam, you can transfer the volume and texture. The technology of embroidery allows you to reproduce images on problems that are difficult to apply to image types of fabric, such as mahogany, velvet, velours, vagina. Embroidery is resistant to washing, mechanical impact, and some types of threads – even before bleaching.
